- Spirituality should be incorporated into care for both serious illness and overall health, according to a study led by researchers at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Brigham and Women's Hospital. "Our findings and research indicate that attention to spirituality in serious illness and in health should be a vital part of future whole person-centered care, and the results should stimulate more national discussion and progress on how spirituality can be incorporated into this type of value-sensitive care."
- India's highest Herbal park got inaugurated in Uttarakhand state which contains species associated with Badrinath or Lord Sri Vishnu, which includes Badri Tulsi, Badri Ber, Badri Tree, and sacred tree of Bhojpatra which is used mainly in making yantra and other ayurvedic medicines. - Covid patients tend to experience low oxygen levels which one can find out though pulse oximeter. While proning helps improve the levels but Dr. Naresh Trehan, Chairman of Medanta, India suggest practicing Yoga and Pranayama to keep lungs healthy as it is effective in expanding the lungs and keep it healthy. By holding the deep breath there in the lungs is greater oxygen exchange, doctor said.

- New Studies have found that Meditative practices of India and spiritual wellbeing may preserve cognitive function in aging and Alzheimer's disease (AD) by 2050. A new review by experts examines research that finds spiritual fitness, a new concept in modern medicine that centers on psychological and spiritual well being of people by Kirtan Kriya, a simple 12 minute meditative practice, may reduce multiple risk factors for AD in human beings.
- Mindfulness is the awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, in the present moment and non judgmental to the unfolding of experience moment by moment' which is explained by Lord Krishna in Gita. It is becoming popular in recent years for improving wellbeing and reducing stress levels. In Britain, the National Health Service offers therapies based on mindfulness to help treat people suffering from mental health issues such as depression, negativity and suicidal thoughts.However majority of people who practice mindfulness meditation learn their methods in community settings such as universities, workplaces or private yoga courses. Many randomised controlled trials (RCTs) or research have been conducted around the world to assess whether in-person mindfulness training can improve mental health and wellbeing. In a report published in PLOS Medicine, a team of qualified experts and researchers from the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Cambridge found it to be beneficial.
Aum and the Theory of Big Bang
- Sanskrit is the divine language closest to the original Cosmic Sound and Light vibration behind the entire cosmos. - The Ayush ministry of Govt of India launched a nationwide campaign to distribute among people its proven poly herbal ayurvedic drug AYUSH 64 & Siddha medicine called as "Kabasura Kudineer" for the benefit of Covid patients in home isolation.The efficacy of these drugs has been proved through robust multi-centre clinical trials according to protocol based on ayurveda & yoga which is vetted by NTF on Covid Management of ICMR & Guidelines given for Ayurveda Practitioners for treatment of Covid 19 patients in home isolation.
- As we see second wave of Covid 19 pandemic wreaking havoc all over the world and in India. Ayurveda company from Gujarat launched "ÄAYUDH Advance" which is a planet based liquid formulation to treatment and and cure of coronavirus patients.
