“Mananāt trāyatē iti mantrah” is the definition of the word mantra in Sanskrit language. Sustained repetition of mantras of that which protects (trāyatē) from all suffering arising from bondage or cycles from repeated birth and death is called mantra. Since ancient times of India, mantras and their sonic powers have been a powerful source of wellbeing of humanity and for the entire creation and this was suppose to be given by the great scientists called Rishis were enlightened advanced beings. All the Mantras have their origin from the primordial sound AUM which is the sound of creation of entire cosmos.
The repetition of any mantra, or of a deity’s name, is called as japa. Japa is considered of a part of meditation, or dhyan, because the repetition of the mantra helps in creating focus and concentration. The jap has to be done with devotion, faith, sincerity, love and feeling, so that the force of the Divine Power, that we are invoking, suffuses our being. After the Japa we have been doing is over, it is important to sit quietly or calmly, for at least 15 minutes, letting the spiritual divine vibrations that we have invoked have their effect on us , our aura and inner koshas.

This particular mantra summons the Hindu Deity of Lord Ganesha, the beloved elephant headed God who is known as the remover of obstacles and master of knowledge. This mantra translates like this “Salutations to Lord Ganesha, the remover/breaker of obstacles, we call your name in reverence!” Call on Sri Ganesha to clear our path when you feel stuck with problems or where creativity is blocked, when you need a change of perspective, or when life feels difficult or especially challenging and you’re not sure why.

Mantra : Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
लोकह समस्ता सुखिनो भवन्तु

Devanagari Sanskrit Mantra: अहम् ब्रह्मास्मि
This means “Brahma is within me.” It invokes the Divine within oneself. Aham Brahmasmi is a Sanskrit mantra from the Advaita tradition

While Brahms is the Hindu creator god, Asmi translates to “I am.” Aham Brahmasmi is a term that is used in Hindu and yoga philosophy to describe the unity of the Atman (individual self or soul) with Brahman or Cosmic spirit (the Absolute).

Mantra : Aum bhur’bhuvah svah tatsaviturvarenyam, bhargo devasya dhimahi dhiyo yo nah prachodyat.

This is the most powerful mantra.
