Reasons for Back Pain and Lower Back Problems :
In today's hectic lifestyle and work pressures people often has to sit for long hours or have to stand at a stretch continuously which is one of the reason for people suffering from lower back pains and backaches. Lack of exercise and wrong diet mainly of vata dominant foods also leads to aggravated vata and backaches. Excessive driving, wrong sleeping postures, bad mattress, excessive sexual indulgence, grief, fears, weight training, smoking, overweight, or beds can also be the contributing factors for the back pains at any age.
